By accessing or using RevCPQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
RevCPQ provides a configure-price-quote (CPQ) and contract lifecycle management platform that helps businesses create quotes, manage contracts, and process billing. Our services include the RevCPQ web application, APIs, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to RevCPQ requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- Provide accurate billing information
- Our right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or interfere with our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in RevCPQ. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
7. Intellectual Property
RevCPQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RevCPQ, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Our services may integrate with third-party applications. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVCPQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevCPQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
