What are the minimum user requirements?
Each plan has a minimum user count: Essentials (5), Professional (10), Business (10), Enterprise (25), Enterprise Plus (50). You can add more users at the per-user rate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle, with prorated credits applied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing for annual contracts.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing is priced at 12x the monthly rate. Enterprise customers can negotiate multi-year discounts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
